We had a a big renovation ahead of us in order to transform it into a <em>wellness<\/em> destination on the island of <em>Spetses<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>It all started in September 2020 with Mr. Angelo Kappos heading the project, founder and director of <em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.novicon.gr\">NOVICON<\/a><\/em> constructions, in Athens, with more than 30 years\u2019 experience, in Europe.<\/p>\n<p>His scope of work included, and was not limited to, the creation of key spaces:<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>an open-plan kitchen,<\/li>\n<li>a reception \/ lounge area,<\/li>\n<li>an external breakfast area and bar,<\/li>\n<li>the indoor yoga studio,<\/li>\n<li>a wooden deck around the pool.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>In addition, everything else was rejuvenated from the ground to the roof, to the highest possible standard.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>For the interior design, we collaborated with<em> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/maison_hand_fr\/\">St\u00e9phane and Pierre-Emmanuel from Maison Hand<\/a><\/em>, based in France.
